Returns

A customer can return a product purchased on our website within 30 days of receipt if the item has never been used or opened. Please inform us when inquiring to return an item whether you want a refund or an exchange. A return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Wyld will provide you with a Return Authorization number after they have received information from you via email. Ensure that you include this RA number on the outside of the package that you are returning to them. Wyld will give notice of exchange or refund within 3 business days of receiving return. Refunds are for original buyer only and method of purchase.

 

Allow 3 to 5 working days for your bank to credit the refund and we’ll refund the amount back into your account. 

 

Exchanges are only for products of similar or lesser value, but we cannot guarantee the products are available for exchange and if you’d prefer something we have not got available to fulfill your exchange, we’re happy to give you a refund.

Wyld strives to get orders shipped out and packaged within 3-5 business days of when the order was made using the quickest shipping method possible. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping email depending on the email tied to your order.

 

Tracking links may be slower to “go live” since carriers sort through your shipment
