At Wyld CBN Gummies, we appreciate your confidence and want to get your products delivered to you safely, promptly, and reliably. Please read our Shipping & Refund Policy carefully before ordering.
1. Order Processing
We process orders within 1–2 business days (weekends and holidays excepted).
You will be sent a confirmation email when your order is placed, and then a tracking number when your package ships.
2. Shipping Times & Charges
Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Estimated 3–7 business days delivery.
International Shipping: Depending on country, delivery times; customs delays may occur.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to your location.
3. Tracking Orders
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. 24–48 hours should be allowed for updates from carriers to appear.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged when it arrives, or does not arrive by the indicated time, then let us know within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We will help you have the issue resolved straight away.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because our gummies are food products, we can only accept returns on unopened items. In order to qualify for a return:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to get in touch with us.
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility (except if the product was faulty or sent in error).
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method once the returns are received and processed.

Opened or used gummies.
Sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
7. Exchanges
We exchange only defective, damaged, or mistakenly shipped products. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
